Chance for a Strategy Manager to join the Corporate Strategy team of an ASX-listed Australian infrastructure and construction group in genuine heavy growth mode, having completed a number of acquisitions in the past twelve months alone.

Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer, you'll lead the build of the Group's data and analytics capability from the ground up. Working closely with Finance and IT, you'll organise data from across Finance, Procurement, Operations and CRM, and define and drive the dashboards and reporting rhythms that give leadership a clear, reliable view of how the business is performing. You'll also help lay the foundations for the Group's future AI capability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop the Group's data, analytics and AI agenda, shaping the roadmap for a transformative period of growth
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital, data and AI-enabled transformation programs across the Group
- Partner with Finance, IT and other functions to consolidate data across the business and build the foundations for group-wide reporting and dashboards
- Work closely with leaders across the business to embed new ways of working and drive adoption of data and analytics capabilities
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions that align stakeholders around priorities and solutions
- Prioritise which data, analytics and AI initiatives to tackle first, so effort is focused on where it adds the most value
- Develop clear, executive-ready analysis and recommendations that support decision-making across the leadership team




- Support the Group's M&A; and integration activity as the Strategy & Corporate Development function continues to scale

What You'll Bring

- Approximately 6-10 years' experience in management consulting
- Experience gained within a leading management consulting firm, with a focus on strategy (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Monitor Deloitte or similar), or equivalent experience in a corporate in-house strategy, data or analytics function
- Experience leading transformation or change programs, ideally with a digital, data or technology component
- Experience with data, analytics and AI, and familiarity with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Python, alongside the commercial judgement to know which insights matter most
- Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, develop hypotheses, undertake analysis and synthesise recommendations
- Experience developing business cases, commercial analysis and executive-level presentations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with Executive Leadership Teams and Boards
