The Student Success Adviser is responsible for supporting students throughout their educational journey by delivering exceptional service, personalised guidance and proactive engagement that encourages student success, retention and progression. Acting as a trusted adviser, this role builds meaningful relationships with students,



helping them confidently navigate their studies while identifying opportunities to support continued enrolment and achievement of their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively manage a portfolio of students throughout their study journey, providing personalised support via phone, virtual consultations, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Build trusted relationships with students, providing guidance on study planning, course progression and available support services.
- Drive student retention and re‑enrolment through proactive engagement, consultative conversations and future study planning.
- Monitor student engagement, attendance and academic progress, identifying students who may require additional support and implementing timely intervention strategies.
