You will coordinate clinician schedules across our aged care division, ensure contracted services are covered, and manage leave and backfill while delivering excellent client and clinician experiences.
Working closely with the General Manager Operations, clinical teams and workforce partners, you will ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
