Keperra Country Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Professional with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
This casual role offers a combination of midweek and weekend shifts, with primarily daytime hours – no late nights. The successful applicant will work across multiple areas of our hospitality operation, providing outstanding service to our Members and Guests while supporting both front and back-of-house operations. The position offers up to 20 hours per week, but more is available for the right candidate.
This is an ideal prospect for someone who enjoys variety in their role. The ability to multitask across departments, assist with food preparation and food delivery, and work collaboratively with the wider team will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to Members and Guests.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Take food and beverage orders and deliver meals efficiently.
Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support when required.
Maintain clean, organised and well-presented bar,
dining and service areas.
Rotate and replenish stock, undertake basic cellar duties including changing kegs, and assist with stock control.
Operate the point-of-sale system and perform cashier duties.
Contribute to creating a welcoming, friendly and memorable experience for all Members and Guests.
Qualifications & Experience
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Minimum 12 months experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar customer service role.
A willingness to work across multiple hospitality departments.
Experience assisting with food preparation and food delivery is advantageous.
Barista experience and confidence operating a commercial coffee machine is highly desirable.
Experience with basic cellar duties, including changing kegs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for Members and Guests.
