At Hug Homes, we are looking for a construction supervisor for the southern suburbs with the following experience and skills:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in the home builder market as a construction supervisor

- Robust residential building knowledge

- Existing trade base

- Attention to detail

- Superb communication skills

- Reasonable level of computer skills. Ipad based software

The role entails:

- Daily routine site inspections

- Control of trade and supplier programming

- Reporting job progress and maintaining quality of construction

- Approving and managing of supplier/trade invoices

- Ensuring building compliance and safety procedures

- A building practitioners license is favourable
