ShineBright Early Years Management is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our brand-recent Nichols Point Kindergarten, opening in January 2027. This is a dual-role position, combining classroom teaching responsibilities with the important leadership role of Educational Leader, providing guidance and support for curriculum, pedagogy, and continuous improvement.

Thisis an exciting opportunity to help establish a new, purpose-built,state-of-the-art kindergarten designed to inspire children, educators andfamilies. As the foundation teacher, you will play a keyrole in creating a warm, welcoming and engaging learning environment from dayone.
