Duration: Contracts range from 13 to 26 weeks

Work Schedule:

- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10 shifts
- Must be available for two evenings per week, working until 7:00 pm
- 30-day notice required for cancellations

Productivity:

- 55-63 patients per week
- Typically, two treatments are scheduled per hour
- Evaluations are scheduled for one hour

Requirements:

- Must have a minimum of three months of outpatient experience or one year of physical therapy experience in other settings post-clinicals
- Completion of three HealthStream Modules is required prior to assignment, with successful completion and proof of at least one shift worked necessary for reimbursement to the agency
