Griffith McDonald’s Restaurants (Maccas) are looking for excellent people! We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Hospitality, Retail & Services Managers to join their team in Griffith NSW. This role will suit a highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have completed LTS as minimum qualifications and have the skills to motivate a team and whilst being a professional employee but also having great fun along the way!
Work directly with the licensee and get in control of your own future.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Shift Management including training
- Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.
- Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures.
- Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
- Ability to achieve financial budgets.
- Maintain WH&S; standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
- Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to demonstrate McDonald’s KPI historical results / performance
- The ability to train and develop team members
- Proven staff management and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach
- Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
- A focus on policies and procedures
- A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
- Attention to detail
- Certificate III in Hospitality or relevant experience

Salary range is $65,000 - $75,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Positions available.
