Tasks and Responsibilities

- Prospect and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity, referrals, and internal networks
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, both new and existing




- Conduct market rent appraisals and confidently present tailored property management solutions
- Manage the full onboarding process from signed agreements through to a seamless handover to the Property Management team
- Nurture and close leads through effective follow‑up and relationship management
- Actively source new management through local area engagement and relationship building

Skills and Experience Required

- A current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Current drivers license & reliable car
- Strong business development and relationship‑building capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Personable, adaptable, and professional in presentation
