WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of your venue, including:

- Building, coaching and inspiring a high-performing leadership team
- Recruiting,



developing and retaining exceptional team members
- Creating a positive, energetic workplace culture where people love coming to work
- Driving sales, profitability and key business performance indicators
- Leading daily operations across arcade, bowling, attractions, parties and food & beverage
- Managing labour, wages, stock, budgets and overall venue performance
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences that keep guests coming back
- Maintaining exceptional standards across presentation, cleanliness, safety and compliance
- Building strong relationships within the local community
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales, improve operations and enhance the guest experience
- Leading from the front and creating an environment where your team can thrive

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring out the best in people.

You lead with energy, accountability and positivity, and understand that outstanding venues are built by excellent teams.

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience managing high-volume hospitality, entertainment, leisure or retail venues
- Proven leadership experience with large teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience managing KPIs,



labour costs and budgets
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
- Food and beverage management experience is highly regarded
- A current Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one
