Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Service Reception / Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.

/n

About the Role

/n

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our service reception.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service.

/n

- Preparing repair orders and accurately recording customer concerns.

/n

- Liaising with technicians and workshop controllers regarding vehicle progress.

/n

- Providing customers with updates throughout the day.

/n

- Preparing estimates and explaining recommended repairs.

/n

- Processing invoices and vehicle handovers.

/n

- Managing incoming phone calls and emails.

/n

- Working closely with the service and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow.

/n





- Building long-term relationships with customers through professional communication and follow-up.

About You

/n

The successful applicant will possess:

/n

/n

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Reception, or customer service role (automotive experience preferred but not necessary)

/n

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- A professional presentation and positive attitude.

/n

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

/n

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

/n

- Experience with dealership management systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.

/n/n
