Beefy's are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant for our Newtown Store, Toowoomba.

Beefy's are a well established multi award winning business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Stores in South East Queensland & NSW.

/n

Our friendly team have a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service.

/n

For this position, previous experience is preferred in the food service/retail industry. As we are open 7 days, applicants will have Monday to Sunday availability including during school hours. The position involves working a rotating roster with a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts between the hours of 4am and 7pm.

Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential.

Duties will include:

/n

/n

- Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority

/n

- Coffee making

/n





- Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times

/n

- Product presentation & preparation

/n

- Achieving store KPI's

/n

- Opening & Closing of store

/n

- Assisting the Manager with supervision of juniors

/n/n

- Honest, reliable and punctual

- A passion for exceptional customer service

- Team players who lead by example

/n

- A good eye for detail and presentation

- Ability to build strong relationships with guests & team

- Experienced in opening and closing procedures an advantage
