Join our growing team of Casual Educators at Milestones Westbrook, a welcoming and community-focused centre nestled in the peaceful Toowoomba suburb of Westbrook. We're currently building a reliable casual pool to support planned and unplanned leave coverage across our service.

At Milestones Westbrook, you'll be part of a warm and supportive team led by an experienced Centre Manager and dedicated leadership team who are passionate about creating positive learning environments for children and rewarding workplaces for educators.

About the Role

/n

As a Casual Educator,



you'll play an key role in maintaining continuity of care and education when permanent team members are on leave. Your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing across all age groups

/n

- Assisting educators in implementing engaging learning experiences

/n

- Building positive relationships with children, families and team members

/n

- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment

/n

- Contributing to daily routines and centre operations

/n

- Supporting observations, documentation and learning outcomes

/n/n

About You

/n

We're looking for educators who are flexible, reliable and passionate about early childhood education.

/n

To be successful, you'll have:

/n

/n

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively working towards a qualification

/n

- Previous experience in a long day care environment

/n

- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one

/n

- Flexibility to accept shifts at short notice when required

/n

- A positive, team-focused attitude and genuine passion for supporting children

/n/n
