Chemtronics Biomedical Engineering, part of Cabrini Technology Group, currently has a vacancy for a Service Engineer to join its Toowoomba team. The successful applicant will use his/her skills to troubleshoot, repair and perform scheduled maintenance on a range of electro-medical and gas therapy equipment.

/n

The successful applicant will possess the necessary skills to diagnose and repair faulty electronic equipment.

/n

Responsibilities include the minimisation of operational downtime through preventative maintenance and servicing; and working to ensure the contractual obligations and relevant Australian Standards are met.

To be successful in this role you will have:

/n

/n

- Previous hands-on experience in repair and service of medical/electronic/electrical equipment is mandatory.



Experience with gas therapy equipment will be very highly regarded, but training will be provided where necessary.

/n

- Tertiary, technical or trade qualification in an Electronic, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering discipline;

/n

- A current Queensland restricted electrical licence or the ability to qualify for one is essential;

/n

- Robust PC and MS Office literacy; ability to enter work performed into a database in a timely manner;

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

/n

- Self-motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement;

/n

- An organised and pro-active approach to work;

/n

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well, with minimal supervision.

/n

- A current non-restricted QLD driver's licence;

/n
