Retail Sales and Marketing Assistant - Casual

We are a mediterranean inspired gift store selling unique gifts and home decor in Ramsgate - Sydney.

/n We are seeking a Retail Assistant with exceptional Customer Service skills. The hours of this role will vary from a approx 10hrs p/w with extra additional hours available during our peak seasons. Please note, weekend availability is also essential.

/n

This role is based from our retail gift store in Ramsgate. The main priority of this role is to be able to assist our customers in a retail setting and provide exceptional customer service to our client base. We are looking for someone who has a creative flair with basic admin skills to assist the owner with basic online and marketing tasks during the quiet times in store.

This is an interesting and diverse role for the right person.

These duties will include -

Exceptional Customer Service and Selling Skills

/n

Assisting with other admin duties as required (e.g. maintaining our online shop, taking photos of new arrivals, updating the content of our online shop etc.

/n

What we require

/n

Customer Service Experience is essential.

/n

We're not expecting you to know it all, instead a Positive and Happy demeanour

/n

This role does not suit a school student due to the our of the store being 10-5pm

/n

- Knowledge of Greek language is beneficial due to our clientelle.

/n

~ Someone who is a genuine people's person and can hit the ground running and is self-motivated, honest, reliable and can multi-task.
