Job Description
The role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Weekend Professional Chef for upmarket Aged Care facility at The Garrison Mosman
/n
Must be experienced and have a good understanding of IDDSI and texture modified foods
/n

Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Preparing & presenting food for our residents
/n
- Support bulk cooking operations
/n
- Maintaining a clean working environment
/n
- Adherence to food & general safety practices
/n
- Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
/n/n
Roster:
/n
Saturday & Sunday 9:00am to 5:30pm
/n
Your background:
/n
/n
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
/n
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
/n
- Previous experience in a similar role
/n
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
/n
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
/n/n
