Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking experienced Safety Advisors to support the Perdaman CERES Construction Project on the Burrup Peninsula, Western Australia.

This role will provide dedicated afternoon shift HSE support to construction crews delivering modular office buildings and associated infrastructure on one of WA's largest industrial developments. You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe working setting while supporting site leadership and ensuring compliance with project safety requirements.

This is an opportunity to work on a major industrial construction project delivering modular office facilities, including electrical installation, fit-out and inter-module connections.

? Pay Rate: from $115.00 flat per hour + applicable Local & Distant Travel Allowances

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Leadership Team, you will provide dedicated safety support to the afternoon shift workforce by:

Conducting workplace inspections and field leadership activities
Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety interactions
Monitoring compliance with site safety procedures and project work rules
Assisting with incident reporting and investigations

Supporting hazard identification and risk management ac
