About the Role

Choice One Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Enrolled and Registered Nursesto join our team in Perth.

/n

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a range of clinical settings, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

/n

You will also support clinic operations through involvement in clinical care, education, and quality improvement initiatives.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

To be successful in this role, you will be able to:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients

/n

- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and deteriorating patients

/n

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

/n

- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

/n

- Provide support and education to patients and their families

/n

- Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies

/n/n

About you

/n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

/n

/n





- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse

/n

- 6 to 12 months of Hospital based experience

/n

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

/n

- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

/n

- Understanding of quality improvement and risk management

/n

- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills

/n

- Passion for continuous improvement and patient care excellence

/n

- Ability to work multiple shifts per week consistently

/n/n
