Casual Nursery / Yardsperson for our Garden Centre

Nursery and Yardspersons for our Garden Centre in Warners Bay & Weston

/n

We are looking for motivated people to join our Garden Centre crew, at Warners Bay and Weston to work in both our landscaping yards.

/n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with customers, and maintaining high standards across a busy nursery environment.

/n

You will be learning on the job, with such duties as:

/n

/n

- Nursery and Yard sales & maintenance

/n

- Shop and point of sales operations

/n

- Saturday and Sunday work required, penalty rates apply

/n





- Loading and unloading nursery and bulk landscaping supplies

/n

- Loading and unloading of trucks and customers' vehicles

/n/n

About you:

/n

/n

- Forklift license is preferred

/n

- Front end loader or bobcat experience is an advantage

/n

- Light rigid license is an advantage

/n

- Ability to work safely and follow instructions

/n

- Physical fitness and competent to do the job

/n

- Display initiative and enjoy working outdoors

/n

- Prior experience as a horticulturist, landscaper or gardener is beneficial

/n

- Drivers license required and ability to get to place of employment

/n

- Cash Register and point of sale operations experience

/n

- Weekly pay

/n
