Reception / Patient Coordinator - Mascot & Eastgardens

/n

The Role

/n

You will initially train within our established Mascot practice before being based primarily at our Eastgardens/Pagewood location as the practice continues to grow.

/n

You may also be required to work across both locations as rostered.

/n

You will:

/n

/n

- Confidently manage phone, email and in-person enquiries

/n

- Guide patients from first enquiry through to treatment commencement

/n

- Clearly present fees and high-value treatment plans

/n

- Proactively progress patients into next stages of care

/n

- Follow up incomplete treatment plans with structured re-engagement

/n

- Handle concerns professionally and confidently while upholding clinic systems

/n

- Maintain accurate documentation and ownership of outcomes

/n/n

You are responsible for patient progression, not just bookings.

/n





Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into senior coordination responsibilities as the practice expands.
