This is a flexible school-hours role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently support accounts, administration, and day-to-day office tasks.

About the Role

/n

We are seeking a capable Office All Rounder / Finance Support person to join our busy, family-run business.

/n

This is a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on accounts payable, supported by general bookkeeping, reporting, and office administration. You will play a key role in keeping supplier accounts accurate and up to date, while also being willing to step in and assist across the office as needed.

/n

The position is approximately 14–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and school hours available.

/n

Please note: this is an on-site position only (not remote).

/n

What You'll Be Doing

/n

/n

- Accounts payable (core focus): processing invoices, managing supplier payments, maintaining accurate records

/n

- Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

/n





- Maintaining supplier accounts and ensuring timely payments

/n

- Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations and reporting

/n

- General bookkeeping support

/n

- Helping with day-to-day office and admin tasks

/n

- Supporting the team across multiple areas as needed

/n/n

About You

/n

/n

- Strong experience using Xero

/n

- Solid experience in accounts payable and confident managing supplier accounts

/n

- Comfortable assisting with reconciliations and month-end processes

/n

- Organised, reliable, and happy to take initiative

/n

- Enjoys a diverse role rather than doing the same task all day

/n

- Willing to learn our retail POS system (Retailer – Tower Systems)

Bonus Skills

/n

/n

- Hubdoc, Deputy, or retail system experience

/n

- Previous experience in a similar all-rounder or small business role

/n/n
