Belouis Investment Group is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our high-performing outbound team.

/n

This isn't your typical call centre role.

/n

You'll be speaking with existing clients from our database- no cold calling- helping to rebook appointments and supporting Australians on their journey towards mortgage reduction and wealth creation.

/n

Your Role

/n

As part of our Outbound Rescheduling Team,



you'll help keep our consultants' calendars full by speaking with existing clients and coordinating appointments.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Contacting clients from our existing database

/n

- Rebooking and confirming appointments

/n

- Building rapport and maintaining professional conversations

/n

- Updating client information accurately

/n

- Working towards individual and team KPIs

/n/n

What We're Looking For / Essential Requirements

/n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

/n

/n

- A minimum of 2 years' call centre experience (preferred)

/n

- Previous outbound sales or appointment setting experience

/n

- Previous experience working in finance or a sound understanding of:

/n

/n

- Mortgages

/n

- Mortgage reduction strategies

/n /n

- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

/n

- Strong computer and administrative skills

/n

- High attention to detail

/n

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

/n

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

/n/n

Location: Upper Coomera, Gold Coast

/n

Hours: 33–38 hours per week

/n

Dress: Smart business casual

/n

Employment: Casual with genuine opportunity to transition to permanent full time.
