Due to continued growth across our BYD Springwood and BYD Capalaba dealerships, we are seeking motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our expanding aftersales team. About the Role

/n

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and service department, ensuring every customer receives professional, friendly and efficient service throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n

- Greeting and assisting service customers

/n

- Booking and scheduling service appointments

/n

- Preparing repair orders and customer documentation

/n

- Communicating service requirements and recommendations

/n

- Liaising with technicians and workshop staff

/n

- Providing regular updates to customers regarding vehicle progress

/n

- Processing invoices and vehicle handovers

/n

- Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

About You

/n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

/n

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service-focused role

/n





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Strong organisational and time management abilities

/n

- Professional presentation and a positive attitude

/n

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

/n

- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

/n

- A current driver's licence

/n

- Automotive industry experience is highly regarded, however we are also interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong background in customer service, hospitality, retail or related industries.
