Job Description
Are you a friendly and organised individual looking to join a dynamic healthcare environment? We are seeking a Part Time (20-25hrs per week) Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Ferry Rd Physio, a leading physiotherapy clinic committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.
This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a warm demeanour, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
/n
- Manage appointments, schedules, and maintain accurate patient records.
/n
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
/n
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing processes.
/n
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of a clean and welcoming reception area.
/n
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery.
/n
- Provide necessary information to patients regarding clinic services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
/n
/n
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
/n
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
/n
- Exceptional organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
/n
- Proficiency using computer software, with experience using medical software being preferred.
/n
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
/n
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
/n
- Must have unrestricted Australian work rights.
