Role & Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation: Lead agile ceremonies, stand-ups, and delivery planning sessions to optimize performance across parallel, multi-disciplinary workstreams. Delivery & Milestone Tracking: Keep delivery moving efficiently against agreed delivery dates, precisely tracking milestones and performance metrics.
Governance & Progress Reporting:



Interface directly with departmental governance and change processes to deliver transparent progress reports tailored for executive stakeholders. Risk & Impediment Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, complex dependencies, and project blockers.

Resource Optimization: Coordinate specialized resources across teams and smoothly manage staff transitions whenever operational priorities or team structures reshuffle.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:
Experience: Proven delivery leadership experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within a complex enterprise workplace. Technical Toolkit: Strong capabilities in risk, issue, and dependency management, backed by the ability to translate technical delivery metrics into clear business outcomes.
