We're now looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven Casual Sales Consultants to work in our Cairns showroom. If you enjoy connecting with customers, love interiors, and thrive in a sales-focused environment, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

/n

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be part of a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong sales results. You'll engage customers, understand their style and needs, and help them bring their dream home to life — one great piece of furniture at a time.

/n

This is a casual role across a 7-day roster,



ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility while still being reliable about sales.

/n

About You

/n

You'll be someone who:

/n

/n

- Has a genuine interest in home décor, interiors, or design

/n

- Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions

/n

- Is sales-focused, with experience achieving a range of KPIs

/n

- Brings at least 1 years' experience in a similar retail sales role

/n

- Has a positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn

/n

- Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and teammates

/n

- Has experience with Pronto (highly regarded, but not essential)

/n/n
