Pharmacy Support Team Member & Data Maintenance

Join our dynamic and growing pharmacy network as a valuable member of our Operations Team!

We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our daily operations in our POS Data team at our location on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

/n

If you have a background in pharmacy, excellent data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

/n

Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Receive, review, and process invoices efficiently and accurately.

/n

- Enter data into our database system, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records.

/n

- Maintain and update database records regularly.

/n

- Collaborate with team members and pharmacy network to resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

/n

- Utilise Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

/n

- Further assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the Operations Team and our pharmacy network.

Requirements:

/n

- Previous experience in data entry and maintaining database records preferred.

/n





- Preferred background or experience in the retail pharmacy industry.

/n

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

/n

- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.

/n

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

/n

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and our network of pharmacies.

/n

- Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
