Full-Time Chef – FISHBOI Springwood

FISHBOI is seeking a passionate and skilled chef to join our team at Springwood Mall, Queensland. We are a well-established seafood restaurant committed to serving fresh, high-quality seafood at an affordable price. We specialise in live oysters shucked to order, seafood cooked over our custom-made charcoal grill, and classic fish and chips.

About the Role

This is a full-time chef position offering:

- An annual salary of $79,500 plus superannuation

/n

- Annual leave and all applicable employment entitlements

About You

/n

The successful candidate will have:

- A minimum of five years of relevant commercial kitchen experience

/n

- Seafood preparation and cooking experience, which is highly regarded

/n

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency

/n

- A reliable and professional attitude

/n

- A strong work ethic

/n

- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

/n

- A genuine passion for producing high-quality food

/n

- The ability to perform effectively in a busy kitchen environment

- Fish-filleting and oyster-shucking skills, which will be highly regarded
