Smile Partners are a leading orthodontic group, partnering with specialist orthodontic practices across Australia & New Zealand. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join one of our close-knit practices in Brisbane!

If you're an experienced Receptionist from a Medical or Dental background - we'd love to hear from you!

Please note, applicants must be able to work in our Shailer Park & Capalaba locations

What you will do

/n

/n

- Greet patients warmly and manage the appointment schedule, including booking and confirming appointments

/n

- Update and maintain patient information with a high level of attention to detail

/n

- Manage phone calls and enquiries efficiently in a high-volume environment

/n

- Cross-train in the clinical area of the practice, to support in clinic when required

/n

- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the practice runs smoothly

/n/n

What you will bring

/n

/n





- Experienced Receptionist with minimum 2-3 year's experience on Front Desk

/n

- You're friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated about developing your dental career

/n

- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

/n

- Access to own vehicle, able to travel between Shailer Park & Capalaba

/n

- You are adaptable, reliable, and quick to learn new skills

/n/n
