Casual Nursing Allocations / Roster Consultant

We are currently seeking Casual Nursing Allocations / Roster Consultant's to join our team at Alliance Nursing in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexibility in your working hours. With this role, you will play a key role in supporting our nursing team and ensuring they are scheduled effectively to meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities

/n

/n

- Manage the daily allocation of nursing staff to client sites

/n

- Maintain up-to-date records of nursing staff availability, skills and qualifications

/n

- Communicate with nursing staff to coordinate shift coverage and respond to last-minute changes

/n

- Liaise with clients to understand their staffing requirements and ensure appropriate nurses are assigned

/n

- Identify and resolve any staffing issues or concerns in a timely manner

/n

- Support the nursing team with general administrative tasks as needed

/n/n

What we're looking for

/n

/n

- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre or rostering role, preferably within the healthcare or nursing sector

/n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and nursing staff

/n

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

/n





- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including rostering and scheduling tools

/n

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and requirements related to nursing staffing

/n

- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
