We're looking for a confident, capable Medical Receptionist who is seeking long-term, stable employment and wants to make a genuine difference.

The role:

/n

We currently have a Medical Receptionist opportunity available. The position may be offered part-time or full-time depending on the successful applicant, providing flexibility for the right candidates as the clinic continues to grow.

/n

You will play a vital role in creating a calm, supportive, and respectful experience for every patient, particularly those who may be vulnerable or require additional care.

/n

Working at the centre of a busy clinic, you will help ensure the smooth coordination of care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

/n

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional, and reassuring front desk experience

/n

Support veterans and vulnerable patients with empathy and respect

/n

Manage a high volume of calls with patience and efficiency

/n





Coordinate appointments and maintain clinic flow

/n

Work closely with clinicians within an integrated care model

/n

Use CRM and practice management systems confidently

/n

Maintain accuracy while balancing competing priorities

/n
