About the Company:

Our client is one of WA's leading Residential Builders, having been in the market for a number of years and earning an outstanding reputation for the quality of their homes and commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll be joining a close-knit and passionate team who genuinely enjoy what they do. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint both an Estimator and a Scheduler to join their high-performing residential construction team.

What We're Looking For For the Estimator , you'll ideally have:

- Relevant construction qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years' residential estimating experience within the WA market.
- Experience estimating double-storey homes.
- Strong take-off and costing experience.

For the Scheduler , you'll ideally have:





- Previous Scheduling experience within the WA residential construction industry.
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, ideally including double-storey homes.
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.

For both roles, you'll be a team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for residential construction.
