Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Support a safe, engaging and inclusive OSHC program where children can relax, play, learn and belong
- Actively supervise children during before and after school care, supporting positive behaviour and a calm, welcoming atmosphere
- Help facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities, assist with food preparation and support daily routines
- Maintain a welcoming, child safe environment for children and families, following policies, procedures and secure practices
- Work collaboratively with the OSHC team to meet quality and regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement

- Communicate positively with children, families and colleagues, and build respectful relationships
