An exciting opportunity has become available with a highly regarded national design studio delivering some of the country's most innovative integrated housing, medium-density residential, and land lease community projects. With a strong pipeline of work spanning multiple states, this practice offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that positively impact how Australians live.

We're seeking both Registered Architects and Experienced Graduates who bring strong residential design and documentation experience and are looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, design-led workplace.

The Opportunity
Joining a growing Sydney team, you'll contribute across all stages of project delivery, working alongside experienced architects, urban designers, and project leaders on a diverse portfolio of residential developments nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy balancing design thinking with technical delivery and want exposure to large-scale community-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the design and delivery of integrated housing, medium-density residential, and land lease community projects
- Develop design concepts, planning outcomes, and presentation material
- Prepare documentation packages through DA, CC, and construction stages
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders




- Assist with project delivery, program management, and technical resolution
- Participate in client meetings and project workshops
- Ensure projects are delivered to high design and documentation standards

About You
We'd love to hear from professionals who possess:

- Architectural registration (or substantial progress toward registration for graduates)
- Experience working on integrated housing, medium-density residential, retirement living, land lease communities, masterplanned communities, or similar residential projects
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Sound understanding of Australian planning and construction processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
