About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Sonographer to join a well-established diagnostic imaging provider in Hamilton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sonographer looking to work within a collaborative, patient-focused environment where clinical quality and professional development are highly valued.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with no weekend, shift, or on-call requirements, providing an outstanding work-life balance.

Clinical Scope

You will perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations, including:

- Abdominal ultrasound
- Pelvic ultrasound
- Obstetric imaging
- Small parts ultrasound
- Musculoskeletal ultrasound
- Vascular ultrasound

Key Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a diverse caseload
- Deliver professional and compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process
- Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records




- Work collaboratively with radiologists, sonographers, and referring clinicians
- Contribute to the delivery of effective, high-quality imaging services
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety remain at the centre of care

About You

- Registered with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists Board (MRTB)
- Current Annual Practising Certificate
- Minimum one year of post-registration sonography experience
- Strong technical and clinical ultrasound skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Current New Zealand working rights
