More about the TAS teaching role:
As a valued member of the teaching team, you will report directly to the Principal through the Deputy Principal and Faculty Coordinator. You will play a key role in delivering engaging TAS lessons that meet curriculum standards and support diverse student learning needs.
TAS Teacher is a Technological and Applied Studies Teacher who will typically teaches subjects related to technology, design, and practical skills. This can include:
- Design and Technology (woodwork, metalwork, plastics, and other materials)
- Textiles and Fashion
- Food Technology
- Digital Technologies (such as coding, robotics, and multimedia)
- Engineering and Applied Sciences
The focus is on developing students’ practical skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of technology and applied design principles.
