The Appointment
This is not a role where you’ll simply be cutting and pasting tender responses.

As the Senior Proposals Engineer , you will take ownership of the proposals process from review through to submission, helping to shape high-quality bids that are technically robust, commercially sound, and tailored to client needs.

You will liaise with engineering, project delivery, and commercial teams to gather key inputs, prepare documentation, review scope and risk, and ensure submissions are delivered to a high standard and on time.

It is a role that will suit someone who thrives on detail, enjoys working to deadlines, and knows how to pull together a winning submission without losing sight of the bigger commercial picture.

The Appointee




You are an experienced proposals professional with an engineering foundation and a strong understanding of project-based environments.

You may have worked in sectors such as mining, process plant, minerals processing, water, or industrial engineering, and you know what it takes to produce quality submissions in a competitive market.

You will bring:

- Proven experience in proposal, tender, or bid coordination/engineering
- An engineering background with the ability to understand technical scopes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify risks, pricing considerations, and client requirements
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple bids at once
- A collaborative approach and confidence engaging with technical stakeholders
