Your new role
As a Lead Verification & Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing verification, validation and test activities across complex systems and subsystems. Working closely with systems, software and hardware engineers, you will ensure solutions are delivered to the required performance, quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing verification and validation strategies, plans and procedures.
- Leading system and subsystem verification, integration and testing activities.
- Analysing requirements and assessing testability across complex systems.
- Conducting system verification, validation and acceptance testing.
- Managing defects, discrepancies and regression testing activities.
- Producing detailed test reports and verification evidence.




- Collaborating with customers and stakeholders during reviews and technical investigations.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring within engineering teams.

What you'll need to succeed

- Degree qualifications in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Strong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V;), systems testing, integration and acceptance activities.
- Experience working across the Systems Engineering lifecycle.
- Knowledge of requirements management, configuration management and change control processes.
- Experience developing test plans, procedures, test environments and verification evidence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current NV1 Clearance required.
