The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded Adelaide architecture studio seeking a Registered Architect to join their growing team.

With an established reputation for delivering thoughtful architectural outcomes, this studio works across a diverse portfolio including commercial, multi-residential and mixed-use developments throughout South Australia. Known for its collaborative culture, the studio offers the opportunity to work on projects that are both challenging and rewarding while continuing to develop your leadership skills.

This is an excellent chance for an Architect who is ready to take greater ownership of projects, build lasting client relationships and continue progressing their career within a supportive, design-led environment.

The Role

Working closely with Directors, Project Architects and consultant teams, you will lead projects through multiple stages of delivery while ensuring quality, programme and client expectations are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing projects from concept through to completion
- Coordinating consultants, clients and multidisciplinary project teams
- Preparing and reviewing design,



planning and documentation packages in Revit
- Leading client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Supporting contract administration and construction phase services
- Mentoring Graduate Architects and emerging team members

The Like Mind

You will be an Australian Registered Architect with at least 3+ years of local architectural experience, ideally across commercial or multi-residential projects.

You will also bring:

- Strong Revit documentation and project delivery experience
- Experience leading projects through multiple stages
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction methods and building regulations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for quality architecture
