Port Augusta Hospital & Regional Health Services (PAH&RH;) provides vital healthcare to the Upper Spencer Gulf region, with its Emergency Department (ED) handling over 12,000 annual presentations. The 120-bed hospital offers comprehensive services, including trauma care, general emergency services, and specialized treatments. The ED team is supported by a skilled group of doctors, nurses, and allied health staff, allowing locums to manage diverse, high-acuity cases. The hospital offers accommodation, meal allowances, and travel assistance, while regular educational sessions ensure professional development in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria

- Current AEM AHPRA Registration
- Australian working rights
- Experience in rural or remote healthcare, ideally Indigenous health
