We are seeking an experienced, PowerPoint Designer to transform and polish a major 200-page conference deck for a leading Australian retail brand.

This project requires a strong eye for visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and template structure. While the deck is sizeable, the majority of the pages are template-driven—meaning once the core design system and layouts are locked in, much of the remaining workload will involve clean, efficient formatting across identical master slides.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Template Creation & Setup: Establish clean, contemporary master slides and slide layouts tailored for a high-profile corporate presentation.
- Deck Polishing & Alignment: Format, clean up, and visually elevate a ~200-page draft deck to ensure brand consistency throughout.
- Data & Graphic Styling: Refine charts, iconography, and key takeaway slides to make complex information engaging and easy to digest.
- Fast Turnaround Execution: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to hit a mid-week deadline for final review.

What We’re Looking For





- PowerPoint Mastery: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (master slides, custom layouts, vector graphic integration, formatting efficiency).
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to work quickly without compromising on precision, spacing, or visual quality.
- Strong Portfolio: A proven track record of creating sleek, high-impact corporate or event presentation decks.
- Availability: Free to start early next week with full availability across a tight 2–3 day turnaround window.

Location & Logistics

- Briefing / Kick-off: On-site briefing required in South Melbourne office to align on vision and assets.
- Execution: Once briefed, remaining work can be completed remotely or in office—whichever suits your workflow best.
