Located in the northern suburbs of Perth our clients are a well-established and highly successful 50 staff company in the equipment hire industry for construction and mining, due to growth the Directors would now like to add to the successful team with the addition of a management accountant.

The vacancy:

- Maintenance of the financial records of the company

- Support and work close with external accountants

- Oversight of Payroll & AP staff & functions

- AR collection (working closely with the operational admin staff who prepare all job cost estimates and invoices)

- Preparation of regular Financial Reports to management & the Board (particularly weekly AR, AP & Cashflow forecast reports)

- Primary point of contact with our external accountants

- Delivery of month end accounts and monthly management report preparation

- Taxation & compliance matters

- preparation of end of financial year reports and audit reviews

- Primary point of contact for the company banking relationships

- Report into the Directors

To apply:

- Have positive experience in Australia as a Management Accountant or similar accounting role.

- Ideally CA/CPA part or fully qualified but not essential.

- Hold excellent communication skills.





- Be able to demonstrate good time management.

- Experience with Service Mate software would be ideal but not essential as training provided

- Want a long-term position with a growing and very successful company.

- Ideally have experience within the construction industry but not essential.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Must have permanent right to work in Australia

- Strong financial modelling and budgeting experience, including cash flow forecasting
