About the roles
We are seeking Recruitment Portfolio Leads to drive high-quality recruitment outcomes across Corrective Services. We currently have one fixed-term vacancy and one permanent vacancy available for immediate filling.
Working closely with managers and senior stakeholders, these roles provide leadership across recruitment portfolios and assist in the delivery of strategic workforce priorities. Responsibilities include recruitment service delivery, workforce planning and forecasting, stakeholder engagement, organisational projects, workforce reporting and analysis, process improvement initiatives, procurement and contract management activities, and the implementation of recruitment technology and service enhancements.
Recruitment Portfolio Lead (Bulk Recruitment Team - Operational Support) leads a well-established team delivering end-to-end recruitment and selection services for critical frontline roles across custodial and community settings, including Prison Officers, Special Operations Group (Prison Officer), Youth Custodial Officers, Community Corrections Officers and Youth Justice Officers.
Recruitment Portfolio Lead (Justice Health and Wellbeing Service) is a newly established position responsible for leading recruitment for Nursing and other specialist Health roles within Justice Health. The role focuses on attracting and securing suitably qualified clinical and specialist talent, building sustainable talent pipelines,
and partnering with health service leaders to address workforce challenges and support the delivery of critical healthcare services across custodial settings.
Both positions play a key leadership role in partnering with stakeholders to deliver innovative workforce solutions, recruitment expertise and workforce reform initiatives. You will lead best practice recruitment strategies, build strong stakeholder relationships and help attract and secure talent for some of the organisation's most critical roles.
The successful applicants will be required to undertake intrastate and other travel as needed to support recruitment activities and stakeholder engagement across Corrective Services.
