About the role
This role is designed as a graduate chance, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent)
or due to graduate before commencing in the role in September 2026 will be prioritised.
In this graduate role, you'll gain practical experience across a broad range of core HR activities while supporting a busy and collaborative team. You'll assist with recruitment and selection processes, support candidate communication and coordination, help with onboarding and pre-employment activities, maintain records, registers, inboxes and HR systems, and contribute to reporting and other administrative tasks. You'll also have the opportunity to support internal initiatives such as wellbeing, inclusion and diversity programmes, while developing your understanding of how HR policy, procedures and industrial frameworks are applied in practice.
