We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Officer to provide executive, governance and operational support to our CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. This is a pivotal role that combines executive administration, board secretariat responsibilities, policy administration, event coordination and support for contract and facilities management. Working at the heart of the organisation, you will contribute to effective governance, operational excellence and organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, including diary management, meeting coordination, briefing papers and presentations.

- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, prepare Board packs via BoardPro and produce accurate minutes and action registers.

- Support governance and compliance activities, maintaining Board records, registers, governance documentation, coordinate Annual General Meetings, Special Board Meetings and Board resolutions.

- Manage the organisation's policy register, policy review cycles and publication of updated policies.

- Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

About You





- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Officer supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.

- Experience providing governance and secretariat support to a Board of Directors.

- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive information.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using governance platforms such as BoardPro or similar.

- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism and a collaborative approach to working across all levels of an organisation.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a purpose-led organisation and work closely with an experienced CEO, Executive Leadership Team and engaged Board. You'll play a critical role in supporting effective governance and helping CBB continue to create positive social outcomes.

A satisfactory National Police Check is required for employment.
