St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School is seeking an experienced Admissions and Community Relations Officer to join our Admissions, Communications and Marketing team. This role plays a key part in guiding families through their admissions journey while fostering strong community relationships that support enrolment growth and positive engagement with the School.

The Role

As the Admissions and Community Relations Officer, you will be a key ambassador for St Aidan's, supporting families from first enquiry through to enrolment and their transition into school life.

You will coordinate end-to-end domestic admissions while building strong relationships with prospective families, current parents and community stakeholders. Working closely with the Admissions, Communications and Marketing team, you will support admissions and community engagement initiatives that enhance the School's reputation, strengthen connections and contribute to enrolment growth.

This role is ideal for a people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, creating positive experiences and representing a values-driven school with warmth and professionalism.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate end-to-end domestic admissions processes, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for families

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective families, current parents, alumnae, feeder schools and community stakeholders to support enrolment growth and strengthen the School's community presence.





• Maintain accurate enrolment records and data in TASS and Funnel systems

• Support admissions events including open days, interviews and school tours

• Manage admissions-related communications, retention initiatives and post-enrolment follow-up

• Coordinate the School’s Scholarship Program, liaising with parents, staff and leadership and tracking outcomes

• Support community engagement activities and referral relationships in collaboration with Admissions and Marketing teams

• Contribute to data insights, benchmarking and enrolment-related reporting

About You

You will be a highly organised and approachable professional, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment and building positive relationships with families and colleagues.

You will bring:

• 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or client focused role

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing data and systems

• Experience using Microsoft Office; experience with TASS and/or Funnel (or similar systems) is desirable

• Previous experience in an education or school environment (highly valued)
