The Role

An exciting opportunity is available to join our dynamic Senior School teaching team, commencing in Term 1, 2027. We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher with expertise in Economics, who can effectively prepare students for assessments while promoting critical thinking and meaningful connections to real-world economic issues. The successful applicant will also teach Business Studies (Years 7-10).

Qualifications and Expertise

• Registration with Queensland College of Teachers

• Knowledge of effective teaching strategies to develop thinking and learning skills and to support lifelong learning;

• Ability to work as a member of a team;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Understanding of current and emerging educational trends and requirements
