The Company

A well-established Melbourne-based organisation in the non-for-profit sector, currently nearing the end of their CRM implementation. With the project nearing the end of the project, the business has a requirement for a Test Analyst to join their close-knit team for integration, functional and UAT testing.

The Role

You'll be the go-to tester for Salesforce and its integrations with the client's HCM platform. The role is hands-on: working from user stories, executing test scenarios, and validating that the platform performs as intended. Experience testing SaaS applications, particularly Salesforce and HCM systems is highly desirable, as is cross-platform mobile testing. This will be a 6 months contract.

Day to day you will:

- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on SaaS platforms such as Salesforce (viewed favourably)
- Strong understanding of core software testing lifecycle - functional, integration, UAT, Mobile are all requirements
- Demonstrable exposure to working in agile software development environments
- Hands-on experience with Zephyr
- Comprehensive understanding of SQL
- Understanding of version control systems such as Bitbucket (Git)




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

About you

- You will be required to be in office 3 days a week
- Have experience with Go-Live and Hyper Care
- Excellent communication skills
- Being proactive and showing initiative where you can to assist the business
