RAW Marketing is seeking confident and personable people to join our Outbound Marketing Team. This casual, part-time role is well suited to parents returning to work, experienced professionals seeking greater flexibility, or anyone looking for meaningful work during weekday business hours.

This is not a high-pressure telesales role. You will have professional, business-to-business conversations with decision-makers on behalf of well-known technology companies, helping identify potential opportunities and arrange relevant follow-up discussions.

We work with leading technology vendors, distributors and channel partners across Australia and New Zealand, delivering marketing programs that generate engagement, create qualified opportunities and support business growth.

About the Role

As part of our Outbound Marketing Team, you will contact Australian businesses and speak with decision-makers about their current priorities, challenges and technology requirements.

You will work from structured campaign briefs and call guides, with training and support provided. The focus is on having genuine, professional conversations rather than delivering aggressive sales pitches.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound business-to-business calls during weekday business hours





- Speaking with business owners, managers and technology decision-makers

- Asking relevant questions to understand business needs and identify potential opportunities

- Qualifying contacts against clear campaign criteria

- Accurately recording call outcomes and notes in our CRM systems

- Providing feedback and insights to support campaign reporting

- Representing RAW Marketing and our clients professionally

About You

You do not need to be a technology expert or have previous telemarketing experience. We are looking for people who are comfortable speaking on the phone, listen well and can hold a natural business conversation.

This role may suit you if you are:

You may have previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, account management, recruitment, sales support, retail, hospitality or another people-focused role.

- Strong listening and interpersonal skills

- Good written communication and attention to detail

- The ability to follow a structured process while keeping conversations natural

- Reliable time management and the ability to work independently

- Basic computer skills and confidence learning CRM systems

- A quiet and suitable environment for making professional business calls

Previous experience in customer service, call-based work, sales, marketing or a business-to-business environment is advantageous but not essential.
