Join Integricare...Curiosity Lives Here!
At Integricare, we nurture curiosity, confidence, and faith within a warm, Christian community. Every child is seen, heard, and encouraged to explore the world through play, learning, and imagination.
We are seeking a passionate educator to join our North Strathfield Early Learning Centre team. Nestled in the heart of North Strathfield, our centre is part of a warm and purposeful Integricare community committed to high‑quality early childhood education and care. North Strathfield is a vibrant Inner West suburb known for its welcoming neighbourhood feel, excellent transport links, and access to parks, schools, and family‑friendly amenities.
In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of educators to provide child-led learning and play in a faith-informed, values-driven environment. A true village that supports the whole family.
We are currently recruiting for two exciting fixed-term opportunities: one contract concluding at the end of October and the other at the end of the year. If you are looking for a full-time fixed-term role and would like to join a supportive and purpose-driven team, we would love to hear from you!
About You
You hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III qualification and have a solid understanding of early learning frameworks and standards, including the EYLF, National Quality Framework and NQS. You hold a valid Working With Children Check. Most importantly, no matter your personal faith, you support Integricare’s Christian vision, mission, and values, contributing to a community where faith and learning go hand in hand.
You bring a positive outlook, a proactive approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’re eager to contribute ideas, take initiative, and seek opportunities to make things better every day.
You have experience supporting children’s learning and development and delivering an approved learning framework to create a positive learning environment.
You are passionate about building positive relationships with children and families and have the communication skills to make those connections meaningful. You take care to support children's daily routines and pay close attention to detail when complying with service policies and legislative requirements.
